Privacy Policy
01Summary
This website is a non-commercial demo: a portfolio concept created to showcase design and front-end development. The designer Mara Lind and the brands shown here are fictional, and it is not a real business. It is built to work without collecting personal data. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or any similar technology, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell, rent or share personal data. Nothing you enter on this website is sent to us.
02Contact form
The contact form is part of the demo. It checks the details you type (your name, email address and a few words about your project) in your browser. They are kept only in the open page while you use it, are not transmitted to us or to anyone else, and are discarded when you leave or reload the page. The thank-you message is shown for display only; no message is delivered and no reply will follow.
03Hosting
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. To deliver pages and keep the service secure, Vercel’s servers automatically process technical data about each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of access. This is necessary to show you the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, where applicable). We do not use this data to identify you. Vercel’s own privacy policy applies to its processing, including any transfers outside your country.
04Fonts
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (Google LLC) and Fontshare (Indian Type Foundry). Loading them means your browser sends a request to their servers, which receive technical data such as your IP address and browser type. Their own privacy policies apply to that processing.
05Sound
The sound on the Static case is generated in your browser. Nothing is recorded, uploaded or loaded from elsewhere.
06Children
The website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly receive personal data from them.
07Your rights
Because we do not receive or keep personal data about you, there is normally nothing for us to access, correct, restrict, transfer or delete. For data processed by Vercel, Google or Fontshare, please contact them directly. Where data protection law applies to you, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
08Changes
We may update this policy at any time. The current version is always the one published on this website, with the date shown above. If the way the website handles data changes, this policy will be updated before or when that change takes effect.
